TYPE OF SITE: Architectural Design and Interior Design
BRIEF: This thriving architectural practice asked Qi to quote for the development of their new website to replace a dated site that was not showcasing their design portfolio and service offerings effectively.
From a series of briefing sessions Qi put together a plan for a extensive new structure and design that would not only present the client’s work in an appealing way but would also work well in the search engines. A bespoke home page picture slider was created along with various custom graphics to tie in with the client branding. As well as the service pages a number of geographic pages were built out to capture local search traffic for designated areas. A comprehensive project portfolio area was constructed filterable by project type. A content management system was built in so the client could add news items to the site at will. The whole site was constructed on a responsive basis with the pages adapting to the size of device (phone, tablet, desktop) used.
