BRIEF: This 100 year old multi-award winning business wanted to take their online presence to the next level by setting up a fully featured online shop to support their two retail outlets and extensive on-trade business. Not just a simple shop, the business supplies retail products, but in addition ticketed events, training courses, subscriptions, and wholesale trade services, with each of these having to be carefully considered in the site planning. In the main online store area there are around 1,000 products which are made available through a custom connection to the shop EPOS (electronic point of sale) system so that sales and stock levels can be be aligned on and off line.
