BRIEF: CHAT is a charity who offer a confidential youth counselling service offered free to young people aged 9-25. They had struggled for years with a website that was dated and out of touch with their target audience. The decision was taken to look at the overall branding at the same time to put together a package that was eye catching and appealing to young people.
